Tommy Parker earned his B.S. degree from the University of North Alabama in 1979. His majors were in accounting and finance, and his minors were in economics and business administration. He received his J.D. degree from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1982 and was admitted to practice in Alabama the same year. Mr. Parker is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama (1983), the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit (1985) and the United States Supreme Court (1987).
Mr. Parker's practice is concentrated in personal injury and worker's compensation litigation. The majority of his cases involve representing injured parties in motor vehicle wrecks. He also serves, on a part time basis, as a Municipal Court Judge for the City of Madison, Alabama.
