Alan Parker practices in high damage and serious exposure civil litigation in state and federal courts. The nature of his practice varies considerably, including medical negligence, personal injury, professional liability, employment litigation, and breach of contract disputes. On three separate occasions, Alan was privileged to serve as counsel in trials listed among the most significant defense verdicts in their respective years by the ABA Journal or the National Law Journal.

Alan frequently lectures and is a published author on trial practice, medical negligence and risk management, and the use of technology in civil litigation. He is also an active member in national and local professional organizations, especially those focusing on legal issues involving the internet and technology. Alan has organized and moderated seminars on information, surveillance and technology issues for governments, citizens and lawyers, as well as numerous continuing education programs on civil trial practice.
