David J. Colleran, Esquire focuses exclusively on catastrophic injury litigation, with emphasis on medical malpractice, automobile liability, premises liability, product liability and other complex personal injury cases.

Mr. Colleran graduated from the Villanova University School of Law in 1999.  He then served a one-year clerkship in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania under The Honorable John P. Fullam.  He then joined The Colleran Firm in 2000 and has spent the last 12 years aggressively representing his clients in complex medical malpractice and personal injury cases.

Mr. Colleran has developed an extraordinary record as a lead trial attorney, securing several multi-million dollar trial verdicts in some of Pennsylvania and New Jersey’s most difficult venues, including Wayne County, Lancaster County, Delaware County, Berks County, Camden County and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  While many lawyers would not even consider taking cases in these historically defense-oriented communities, Mr. Colleran has thrived in them.

David was featured on the cover of the November 2007 "Rising Stars" edition of Philadelphia Magazine.

In recognition of his achievements, Mr. Colleran has routinely been named as a Pennsylvania "Rising Star" or "Super Lawyer" since 2006.  In 2007, he was featured on the cover of the "Rising Star" edition of the publication.  Mr. Colleran also frequently participates as a panelist in Pennsylvania continuing legal education programs on topics related to medical malpractice and other personal injury issues.

Mr. Colleran is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  He is also a member of several professional organizations, including the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.
