Coleman, Jason James

Mr. Farber's trial and appellate practice has included a successful argument before the United States Supreme Court. He has been a sole practitioner since 1978 with a substantial personal injury, criminal defense and civil rights emphasis. Mr. Farber provides personal and focused legal representation. Each of Mr. Farber's clients, in civil and criminal cases, is afforded his personal attention and sensitivity to their individual needs. In criminal cases Mr. Farber protects the rights of the accused. In injury, death, and civil cases Mr. Farber pursues compensation for the full amount of the harm suffered. He is prepared for both the settlement and trial process. Mr. Farber has litigated against a number of the largest law firms in New Mexico throughout his law career. Mr. Farber also repreresents professionals in licensing and revocation issues with a keen awareness of the need for discrete and sensitive advocacy.

In addition, Mr. Farber maintains an active interest in bar and civic affairs. He was an elected City Councilor in Santa Fe, New Mexico and served on the city of Santa Fe Home Rule Charter Commission. He also served as the Chair of the New Mexico Board of Legal Specialization and on the Board of Legal Specialization during the development of the Legal Specialization program offered in New Mexico. He has also served on the Board of Directors of many Non-Profit and civic organizations.
