David Pardue has been a litigation attorney for 19 years, with successes in cases in state and federal courts all over Georgia and nationally. He has particular areas of expertise in business, intellectual property (copyright, trademark, trade dress, trade secrets and patents) and real estate litigation. His business litigation includes handling AAA arbitrations, noncompetition agreements, shareholder, finance, wage and hour and fiduciary duty litigation. He also handles claims involving RICO, fraud, contracts, commercial agreements, and securities. He obtained a judgment of $5 million in a RICO case, and collected the vast majority of the judgment for the client.
