Pat Fagan represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex trial and appellate litigation. Before joining the firm, Pat served as a law clerk to Chief Judge W. Keith Watkins, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama.
Prior to attending law school, Pat served as an Armor and Cavalry Officer in the United States Army. Between 2003 and 2006, he served two tours in Iraq. Pat is a graduate of the Army’s Ranger and Airborne Schools, and his military service awards include the Combat Action Badge and two Bronze Star Medals.
Pat received his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as an editor of the Virginia Law Review and completed the Criminal Defense Clinic.
Pat received his undergraduate degree in history and economics, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University.
