Cynthia L. Fallon focuses her law practice in the areas of estate, trust and guardianship litigation at both the trial and appellate level.  Cynthia assists beneficiaries, trustees, personal representatives, and families in all aspects of disputes relating to probate, trust, and guardianship matters, including mediation, arbitration, trial and appeal.  Before moving to Florida in 2004, Cynthia practiced law for thirteen years in New Hampshire in the areas of professional liability defense and probate and trust litigation.  She is admitted to practice law in Florida, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine and also maintains a license as a Certified Financial Planner.™
 

Cynthia is a member of the Executive Council of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section (“RPPTL”) of the Florida Bar and serves on several committees of the RPPTL section, including as Vice-Chair of the Guardianship Law Committee.  Cynthia is a member of the Estate Planning and Probate Section of the Sarasota County Bar Association, is a prior Chair of the Probate and Trust Litigation subcommittee, and has presented at seminars on probate and litigation topics for both the Florida Bar and the Sarasota County Bar Association.
