Kendall Cockrell primarily practices in the area of Wills and Probate where he helps individuals plan their legacy and walks families through the necessary legal process after the loss of a loved one. In addition to this practice in Beaumont, Texas at Provost Umphrey Law Firm, he also practices in the courtrooms of Southeast Texas for those who have been injured physically or financially.
Cockrell is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and has been admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Jefferson County Young Lawyers Association and is a member of the Jefferson County Bar Association, American Association for Justice, American Bar Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the Texas Young Lawyers Association.
A graduate of the Baylor University School of Law in Waco, Texas, Cockrell keeps membership in the Jefferson County Young Lawyers Association, the Jefferson County and American Bar Assocations, the American Association for Justice, the Texas Trial Lawyers Assocation and Texas Young Lawyers Association.
