Lisa R. Paitchell joined the firm in September 2011 and is a member of the firm's Criminal Defense Team. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the United States District Court of New Jersey.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Paitchell served as a law clerk in the Criminal Part of the Superior Court of New Jersey for the Honorable Donald Venezia, J.S.C. for the 2010-2011 term. While serving as a law clerk, Ms. Paitchell worked on numerous important court matters ranging from motions concerning indictments to the expungement of criminal records, and was exposed to the inner workings of the court system. While in law school, Ms. Paitchell had the opportunity to extern for the Office of the Attorney General of Rhode Island in the juvenile prosecution unit where she conducted arraignments and attended probable cause hearings.
Ms. Paitchell is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the Bergen County Bar Association (BCBA), and Women Lawyers in Bergen (WLIB). Ms. Paitchell received her law degree in 2010 from Roger Williams University School of Law, and graduated magna cum laude from William Paterson University in 2007 (B.A. in English).
