Mr. Evans has been in civil trial practice in Springfield, Missouri, since 1974. He has tried lawsuits in state and federal courts throughout southwest Missouri and in Kansas City and St. Louis. He has successfully represented business clients in jury and non-jury matters involving contracts, health care, antitrust, business tort claims, and employment law. He has also successfully defended property developers from challenges to their land use rights. Mr. Evans is also a member of Lathrop & Gage's Executive Committee.
Mr. Evans frequently represents business clients before state, county and city administrative agencies on matters including zoning, taxation, and land development.
