Clemons, Michelle L.

Michelle is a shareholder of the firm.  She counsels clients on general business concerns, estate planning and estate and trust administration.  Michelle also focuses her practice on various areas of taxation, including individual, estate and gift, corporate and partnership, and offers tax preparation as part of her services.  She represents clients in tax matters before the Internal Revenue Service, the Ohio Department of Taxation and various local tax jurisdictions.
