Christopher A. Erd's primary practice areas include land use and zoning; commercial and residential real estate development, redevelopment, sales, financing, leases, and evictions; environmental; community associations; small business formation, counseling, contracts, and transactions; local government; and commercial litigation and appeals. He regularly appears before municipal and county land use and other boards and agencies on various types of development applications representing.
Mr. Erd was appointed by the NJ Supreme Court to the District XI Attorney Fee Arbitration Committee, of which he is currently the Chairman. He is also the Chairman of the Branchburg Township Zoning Board of Adjustment, and was formerly a member of the Branchburg Township Environmental Commission and Branchburg Township Wildlife Management Committee; was previously a member of the Bedminster Township Environmental Commission; and has served as an officer and general counsel for community associations.
