William H. Claxton has been Of Counsel to the firm since May, 1995. His areas of practice are Ordinary and Accidental Disability retirement for New Jersey Public Employees, including Police, Law Enforcement Personnel, Firemen, Teachers and other Public Employees; Labor and Employment Law, Employment Contract Litigation, Employment Separation Agreements and Releases, and Residential Real Estate. Mr. Claxton has been in private practice since 1994. Prior to going into private practice, Mr. Claxton worked for AT&T in their Labor Relations and Human Resources Department for 32 years. Mr. Claxton was born in Clinton, Kentucky on August 23, 1934. He attended Murray State University, graduating with a B.S. in 1957. He also attended Touro College, Jacob D.
