Clausen, Linda Finley

 Melissa is a CPA with an MBA, and an honors graduate of Northwestern University School of Law.  Melissa is a business transactions attorney, bringing over twenty years of business experience to the practice of law and approaching her practice from the owner’s perspective.  Melissa is licensed to practice in all Georgia courts.  Melissa advises and assists clients with entity selection; business organization; operating agreements; purchase and sale agreements; and the resolution of business disputes.  She has strong experience structuring mergers and acquisitions (both asset and equity) and in preparing equity offerings, particularly private placement offerings. 

She is a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs, Fayette County Bar Association, Newnan-Coweta Chamber of Commerce, and the Business Women’s Golf League.
