Clarke, Jon Bruce Weston

Josh Clayton joined the litigation section of Sher Garner Cahill Richter Klein & Hilbert, L.L.C. in 2012. He is a native of the New Orleans area. Josh received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana State University in 2008. In 2011, he obtained his Juris Doctorate and Diploma of Civil Law from the Paul M. Hebert LSU Law Center, graduating in the Order of the Coif. While studying at the LSU Law Center, he served for two years on the Louisiana Law Review and was a Senior Editor on the Volume 71 Board of Editors. During that time, Josh worked as a research assistant for Professors George W. Pugh and Frank L. Maraist.

Josh is admitted to practice before all Louisiana State and Federal Courts. Josh is also a member of the New Orleans Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association.
