Amanda's practice focuses on the representation of management in labor and employment disputes. Amanda has assisted with collective bargaining negotiations and labor arbitrations. She also has experience in defending employers against class action and single plaintiff claims under state and federal laws, including wage and hour laws. Additionally, Amanda counsels clients in litigation avoidance and advises them on their employment policies and practices.
