Amy Oraefo handles most of our Sports and Entertainment clients. She is very experienced in drafting artist, producer and management agreements, partnership distribution and publishing agreements, non-compete, non-disclosure, confidentiality, release and licensing agreements and also provides legal counsel for artists, producers, recording entities/labels, songwriters, and athletes. Amy also provides Executive Representation and is proficient in Business and Corporate Formation.

Ms. Oraefo is a member of the Georgia Bar, Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court and the United States District Court, Northern District of Georgia. In 2009 through 2010 she served as Sub-Region III Director for the National Black Law Students Association, liaison of the Southern region of NBLSA chapters within the states of North and South Carolina and the Chief Coordinator of the SRBLSA Sub-Region III Academic Retreat.
