Robert has successfully handled both sides of injury cases. He has worked as an Insurance Defense Attorney in charge of the General Liability Unit for a major insurance carrier and he has personally represented hundreds of injured persons and their families. It is because of these experiences that he is able to provide each client with aggressive and effective legal representation. Further, he has represented numerous individuals and entities concerning real property issues, as well as commercial and business matters including but not limited to, business formations, commercial transactions, contracts, civil litigation and dissolution.
 
Robert also has a clinical medical background having worked for almost ten years as a Clinical Coordinator in the Radiology Department of Lakeview Hospital in Utah while pursuing his undergraduate and graduate degree. He became very familiar with injuries and their relation to damages. This experience has enabled him to be able to review medical records, determine if and what type of experts would be needed and conduct preliminary evaluations of damages.
 
He has advised and represented corporate clients such as Clark County Government, Colliers International and E-Communications in risk management, contract formation, negotiation and interpretation matters, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance and licensing matters.
 
He has well developed skills in all phases of dispute resolution, be it mediation, settlement conferences and or arbitration and litigation case management, from case inception through the discovery process, with proven experience in both bench and jury trial management.

Robert has personally served as both a Court appointed and privately requested Arbitrator on over 750 cases.
