Clark, Henry W.

Mr. Oltmann comes to the Law Offices of Michael R. Bilbrey, P.C. as a
2006 graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a
Bachelor of Science in Journalism and is a 2009 graduate of Southern
Illinois University School of Law. Where he graduated in the Order of
Barristers and is an active member of the SIU Law's appellate moot court
team.
