Frank Cimino, Jr., joined Dickstein Shapiro in 2008 as a partner in the Intellectual Property Practice. A trial attorney, he focuses his work on patent disputes and has litigated dozens of complex, high-stakes patent cases for major companies and joint defense groups in courts across the United States. His exemplary, cutting-edge defense work was recognized in 2007 by The National Law Journal on its annual "Defense Hot List." Trained as an electrical engineer, he brings superior technical skills in addition to 15 years of legal experience to his casework.
