Christian J. Olson is an attorney who understands bankruptcy cases from many different perspectives. Christian was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1997 and is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University Sheppard Broad Law Center (J.D., 1997). His previously representing a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee in all phases of litigation, including contested matters and adversary complaints, where he gained tremendous experience. Building on that experience, he entered private practice over a decade ago where he has filed thousands of Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy cases, for both individuals and businesses. Christian has the knowledge and experience to handle any type of bankruptcy case, from the simple to the most complex. He provides personalized, compassionate and aggressive representation while understanding that filing for bankruptcy can be one of the most difficult decisions anyone can make.
