Michael practices in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, guardianships and probate administration, real estate and business transactions, as well as general civil matters.

Education

Michael graduated from Father Lopez High School in 1989. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Hofstra University in 1993 and his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southern University in 1996.

Memberships

Michael is a member of the Florida Bar and the Volusia County Bar Association. He is the immediate past president of the Halifax Associates hospital advisory board and is a member of the Halifax Area Civic League. Michael is a member of the Estate Planning Council of the Funcoast and serves as Chairman of the Volusia County Bar Association Elder Law Committee. He also serves on the Central Council of the Boy Scouts of America and on the Salvation Army Advisory Board.

Admissions

Michael is admitted to practice law in all the courts of the state of Florida as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida. He is a graduate of the Leadership Daytona Class XIX and serves as local counsel of BankFIRST.
