Angelo Cifelli, Jr., a partner at Piro, Zinna, Cifelli, Paris & Genitempo, has advised many New Jersey governmental entities during the past three decades, specializes in land use, environmental matters, complex real estate transactions, governmental and corporate matters. He has served as a Special Counsel to the Nutley Board of Education regarding land use issues and presently represents the Essex Regional Health Commission. Cifelli has served as counsel to the Franklin Township Planning Board, and is a review attorney for Pascack Community Bank. He has served as counsel to the Newark Zoning Board of Adjustment since 1982. Cifelli served two terms as an Essex County Freeholder. He has also been a member of the Essex County District Ethics Committee. The Fordham University and New York Law School graduate clerked in Essex County for one year before entering private practice with the firm Giannone & Capone and then establishing a general practice of law in 1978. He joined Piro Zinna in 1982.
