Chwialkowski, Keith

Ms. Ohms' practice is focused on business and corporate matters, both transactional and litigation.  Ms. Ohms has experience in complex multi-district antitrust class action lawsuits, construction law, creditors rights, and appeals.  She has served as the liaison counsel in the multi-district class actions and coordinated strategies and communications among counsel for numerous parties. 

Ms. Ohms is also active in her city government in Saint Charles, Missouri.  Between 1999 and 2009, Ms. Ohms served as a member and secretary of the City's Board of Adjustment and presently serves as a member and vice-president for the City's Parks and Recreation Board.  As a member of the Parks and Recreation Board, Ms. Ohms serves on its Planning and Development Committee, and on the Saint Charles Parks Foundation.  Ms. Ohms previously held NASD Series 7 and NASD Series 63 securities licenses.
