Mr. Ellenberg spent the first few years of his practice primarily defending product manufacturers, airlines and airplane manufacturers, and the health care industry in high exposure personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits. That experience provided invaluable insight into how the insurance industry and the corporate world viewed, analyzed and resolved personal injury and wrongful death cases, product liability cases and medical malpractice cases.
