Chou, W. Steven

Rob Eichelbaum presently serves as Managing Attorney for the Will/Probate & Estate Planning section of the Davis Law Firm, as well as the Managing Attorney for the San Antonio Bankruptcy Department of the Davis Law Firm. He is former counsel to the Law Offices of Davidson & Troilo, P.C., and a former partner of Eichelbaum Law Office, both located in San Antonio, Texas. His practice consists primarily of bankruptcy, consumer litigation, estate planning, probate, elder law, and mediation. He is a frequent lecturer at State Bar and local CLE programs. He is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, and presently serves as the Vice President of the San Antonio Bankruptcy Bar Association. Since 1997, Rob has served as an Adjunct Professor at St. Mary’s University School of Law, teaching courses on Negotiations, Mediation, and Family Law Mediation. Since 2007, Rob has been annually distinguished as one of San Antonio's Best Lawyers in the area of Consumer Bankruptcy, according to Scene in SA Magazine's Annual Best Lawyer Survey. Rob's activities outside of his profession include coaching Spurs league Basketball and teaching Religious School classes.
