Eric Eisnaugle is a third generation Floridian and serves in an Of Counsel capacity to Thorne & Storey, P.A. Mr. Eisnaugle has experience in a broad range of business and commercial litigation cases, as well as appellate matters. He is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, the Middle District of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Eisnaugle has been an active member of the Central Florida community. He has served on the Board of the Down Syndrome Association of Central Florida - in honor of his youngest sister, Megan, who has Down Syndrome. He also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem for abused and neglected children in Orange County.
Mr. Eisnaugle graduated with a major in both Economics and Business Finance from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida. He then attended Vanderbilt University Law School where he graduated Order of the Coif. Mr. Eisnaugle started his legal career at Foley & Lardner LLP where he focused on complex commercial litigation and appeals. Mr. Eisnaugle left Foley in early 2008 to run for public office. He was elected in November of 2008, and has represented the people of District 40 in the Florida House since that time.
