Ms. Shana Einhorn joined the Ted Smith Law Group as an Associate Attorney in August 2011. She primarily focuses on family law matters, including divorce, military divorce, custody disputes, guardianships, and adoptions. She also handles general civil litigation, personal injury matters, and animal law.

Ms. Einhorn’s representation experience includes litigating complex custody disputes and divorce proceedings, divorces with high value assets, parental terminations, child support enforcement and modifications, divorce decree enforcement and modifications, negotiating settlements, drafting real estate transfer documents, and general contract drafting and review.

She is a 2008 graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where she served on the board of the Women’s Law Student Association, participated in an externship with the Never Again Foundation providing help to women who have been abused or sexually assaulted, and received the Highest Pro Bono Distinction. She also served as President of the Student Animal Law Defense Organization at Arizona State University. Ms. Einhorn graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Texas – Austin in 2001.

Ms. Einhorn is a member of the Texas State Bar Association, Austin Young Lawyer’s Association, the Bell County Bar Association, and the Harker Heights Chamber of Commerce. She was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2008.
