His criminal caseload has included charges of violent crimes, drug distributions, drug possessions, white collar theft, driving while intoxicated, and multiple traffic offense violations. His rates on criminal defense cases are reasonable. He also defends juveniles against criminal charges. On civil litigation and personal injury matters he has represented individuals and their families on serious injury cases. These have included quadriplegia, brain injuries, closed head brain damage injuries, serious and debilitating fractures, and less serious injury claims.
All matters are handled personally by Mr. O'Hara. He maintains an "A-V" rating, the highest achievable rating for a lawyer. He makes himself available to clients on evenings and weekends, when necessary, to prevent them from losing time from work.
