Ana Chilingarishvili is a member of Maslon’s Financial Services Group focusing her practice primarily on issues relating to corporate trust defaults, corporate debt restructuring, and bankruptcy. She also represents indenture trustees in defaulted municipal and corporate bond deals, indenture default-related litigation, and distressed debt investment. In addition, Ana has experience working with note trustees, security trustees, paying agents, and securities intermediaries in securitization transactions. Prior to joining Maslon, Ana practiced in the finance and restructuring group of a large private law firm.
