Chastain, Terry H.

Daniel A. Edelstein is an associate with The Law Firm of Bruce A. Danford, LLC. Mr. Edelstein attended Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, Illinois, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History. Later, he earned his Juris Doctor and Master of Laws in Taxation from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois.

After earning his Juris Doctor in 2005, Mr. Edelstein worked as an associate for two years with a private law firm in a western suburb of Chicago, where he focused primarily on estate planning, real estate transactions, and commercial drafting and litigation. While working toward his LL.M. in Taxation, which was awarded in 2010, he volunteered as a law clerk at the Illinois Department of Revenue, and engaged in tax consulting and compliance work at True Partners Consulting LLC, both in Chicago, Illinois.

More recently, Mr. Edelstein provided tax preparation and planning services as a Master Tax Advisor at an H&R Block branch in Chicago. After moving to Denver in the fall of 2010, he provided tax services as an independent contractor, and then tax advisor with the firm.

Mr. Edelstein is now an associate with the firm. He is licensed to practice law in both Illinois and Colorado. Mr. Edelstein's practice is focused on Tax Law, Estate & Trust Planning, Business Law, Corporate Law, Commercial & Civil Litigation, and Probate Law.
