Chase, Cara M.

Daniel E. O'Brien has practiced personal injury, wrongful death and medical malpractice law for more than 20 years. He has also represented plaintiffs in auto and truck accidents, and premises liability cases.

Among his professional affiliations, he is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, Kane County Bar Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and the Center for Public Justice. He is a certified Illinois Arbitrator. In the community, he is active in Illinois Special Olympics and the Chick Evans Scholars Alumni Association.
