Chapman, Philip J.

Debra Charish is a senior associate in the Corporate Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2007.

Practice

Ms. Charish's practice involves advising public and private companies on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public equity and debt offerings, securities law compliance and corporate governance. Ms. Charish also advises early stage private companies on formation, financings, and equity and compensation matters.

Past Experience

While in law school, Ms. Charish held a summer associate position at WilmerHale. She also interned with the Office of Legal Affairs for NYC Health and Hospitals Corp., where she provided legal research and writing support to the in-house legal office.

Honors and Awards

• Selected as a "Rising Star” in the 2011 New York (Metro) edition of Super Lawyers for her work in the business/corporate field.
