Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Ealy was a biologist for Weyerhaeuser Company. While at Weyerhaeuser, Mr. Ealy became interested in the practice of law and, following graduation from the University of Idaho College of Law, Mr. Ealy began his legal career as a law clerk to now retired First District Judge James F. Judd. Following his clerkship, Mr. Ealy joined the firm and started his practice primarily in the area of civil litigation arising out of insurance defense and real estate related matters. Over the last several years, Mr. Ealy's civil litigation practice has expanded to include construction law, land use planning, landlord tenant, and water law related issues. Mr. Ealy's primary practice area is construction related, and Mr. Ealy has represented project owners, general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and material suppliers on all aspects of construction related matters arising out of both private and public works contracts. Mr. Ealy presently has a BV-rating with Martindale-Hubbell.
