Frank's practice focuses on employment litigation and consultation. He has represented employers in numerous types of employment disputes including discrimination litigation under Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, and related state statutes. Frank also advises and counsels employers on federal and state employment laws and regulations related to employee benefits, wage and hour matters, drug testing, and affirmative action. He has also drafted a number of employment law seminars and informative articles addressing day-to-day labor and employment matters.
A native of Houston, Texas, Frank earned his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his law degree from South Texas College of Law, where he served as Articles Editor for the South Texas Law Review. He is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas and is licensed to practice in federal court. Frank is also a member of the Texas Young Lawyers Association; the American Bar Association, Labor and Employment Law Section; and the Houston Bar Association, Labor and Employment Law Section.
