Nicole True Cedarleaf, a partner in the firm, was admitted to the practice of law in 2003, having received her Bachelor of Arts from Boston College and her Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University School of Law.
Ms. Cedarleaf concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance defense, products liability, worksite injury, personal injury and professional malpractice. She has extensive experience in the areas of insurance defense and labor law litigation.
Ms. Cedarleaf is admitted to practice before all New York State Courts, including the Federal District Court in the Western District, and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Monroe County Bar Association. Ms. Cedarleaf has also been involved in various charitable organizations, including Volunteer Legal Services Project and the United Way.
Nicole has recently accepted an appointment to Co-Chair the Automobile Liability Committee of the Torts, Insurance & Compensation Law section of the New York State Bar Association.
