Robert's practice deals with all aspects of family law proceedings, including marriage agreements, divorce, annulment, custody, child visitation, paternity, child support, property valuation and distribution, alimony, domestic violence protective orders, and the international recovery of children. A family law specialist, certified by the State Bar of Nevada, and a Fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Attorneys, Robert has been a mediator, arbitrator, and a pro tempore juvenile court hearing master. He is currently the Chair of the Executive Council for the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Nevada, and continues to be active in presenting continuing legal education seminars, and writing and editing Bar materials.
