Cecil, John K.

After graduating summa cum laude from West Virginia University and obtaining a doctorate of jurisprudence from West Virginia University College of Law, John K. Cecil clerked for the Honorable O.C. Spaulding, Chief Judge for 29^th Circuit in Putnam County, West Virginia. Following his clerkship, John joined The Tinney Law Firm, PLLC.

At the Tinney Law Firm, Mr. Cecil has successfully represented individuals, governmental entities and corporations in both state and federal courts in a variety of cases ranging from contractual disputes to wrongful death actions.
