After being admitted to the Virginia Bar in April 1999, Rob practiced at Caudle and Ballato from 1999 to 2005, concentrating his practice in collections and real estate law, including landlord tenant law and real estate transactions. Rob has advocated on behalf of his clients in courts throughout the Commonwealth, including the Supreme Court of Virginia.

Rob returned to Caudle and Ballato to practice law in September 2009, after receiving his Master of Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. On May 1, 2010 the firm name was changed to Caudle and Caudle.
