Lillian Caudle defends clients in securities fraud class actions, commercial disputes, and other complex litigation. Her experience covers all stages of litigation, including discovery management, dispositive motion practice, settlement negotiation and mediation, and trial preparation in cases large and small.  Lillian has appeared as lead counsel in the state and/or federal courts of Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.

Recently, Lillian was a primary member of the briefing team that won motions to dismiss a second consolidated amended securities class action complaint filed in the Northern District of Georgia.

Lillian completed the National Institute of Trial Advocacy trial advocacy skills program in 2008, and in 2007, she served as the Jones Day Fellow at Atlanta Legal Aid Society, where she appeared in the superior, state, and magistrate courts of Clayton and Fulton Counties on behalf of indigent persons in civil cases.

Lillian is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association (Corporate and Securities Litigation Subsection) and the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers. She also serves on the advisory committees of Atlanta Legal Aid Society and the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta and is a past member of the board of directors of the Junior League of Atlanta.
