Cathrine M. Castaldi, a member of the Firm, graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She graduated from the University of San Diego, School of Law in 1991 with a Juris Doctor degree. Ms. Castaldi was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1991.
Ms. Castaldi is the past President of the Orange County Bar Association, the eighth largest voluntary bar association in the nation. She also serves on the board of its Charitable Fund. Ms. Castaldi is also a member of the statewide Bench-Bar Coalition. Ms. Castaldi recently chaired the OCBA's Administration of Justice Committee and the Corporate and Tax Section of the Resolutions Committee, as well as the OCBA's Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section and Lawyer Referral Information Service Committee.
Ms. Castaldi has served as a member of the County-Wide Integrated Justice Committee, as well as maintaining her membership in the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the California Bankruptcy Forum and the Orange County Bankruptcy Forum. Ms. Castaldi regularly volunteers with the Constitutional Rights Foundation Mock Trial Program as an instructor and is a frequent panelist and speaker for the Orange County Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association of Los Angeles.
