Bryan joined the firm after graduating from the Valparaiso University School of Law in 2006. His practice areas include complex family court litigation, (child custody, child support, alimony, equitable division) other general civil litigation matters, transactional real estate closings for both commercial and residential real estate, general auto negligence cases, and estate planning. He is admitted to practice law in both Federal and State courts.
Prior to law school, Bryan graduated from Washington and Lee University in 2003, where he received a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in both Economics and Philosophy.
Bryan grew up in Columbia, South Carolina, and is married to Mary McFarland Caskey. Bryan and Mary have one son, Henry, and are members of the First Presbyterian Church of Columbia. While not practicing law, Bryan is an active member of the Palmetto Chapter of the Washington and Lee Alumni, is a state officer of the South Carolina Sons of the American Revolution, and is actively involved within the Young Lawyers Division of the South Carolina Bar Association. In his free time he enjoys sporting clays, hunting, racquetball, and Gamecock athletics.
