Caspers, Philip P.

John has trial experience from around the State of Alaska. Licensed to practice since 1998, he has successfully conducted numerous jury trials, many of them receiving extensive media coverage. In criminal cases his trial results include straight acquitals in sexual assault cases, physical injury assault cases, drug offenses, property offenses of all levels, and driving while intoxicated cases. In civil litigation and in family law, John has extenstive experience handling complicated matters.

John is actively involved in the Alaska Bar Association and in the training of new attorneys. He is a memnber of the Alaska Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Alaska Association of Collaborative Professionals, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
