James D. Case is one of the founding partners of Case & Dusterhoff, LLP. The Firm was established in 1980. Originally from Washington, he moved to Oregon in 1969, obtained his law degree from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College and has been in private practice continuously since 1973. He is a member of the Oregon State and Washington State Bar Associations, as well as the Multnomah County, and Washington County Bar Associations. Mr. Case has served as a Multnomah County Circuit Court Judge Pro Tem and is on mandatory arbitration panels. He is also on the panel of Arbitration Service of Portland, Inc. and is a member of Oregon Mediation Association. He has been a Certified Neutral for mediation and arbitration in Federal Court for the Western District of Washington, and is on the mediation panel in the Federal Court for the District of Oregon.
