Jason Carter represents clients in high stakes trial and appellate business litigation including business torts, class actions and other complex commercial cases. He combines a successful litigation practice with a strong commitment to public service, and was recently elected to the Georgia State Senate representing the 42nd District.

For the past three years, Jason has been recognized as a "Rising Star" in Atlanta Magazine, a listing of the top up-and-coming attorneys in Georgia. In 2009, he was recognized as being "On The Rise" by the Fulton County Daily Report, an honor given to only 12 attorneys under the age of 40 in the state of Georgia. Jason has received numerous other awards for his legal work and community service, including the Anti-Defamation League's Stuart Eizenstat Young Lawyer Award.
