Carty, Stuart W.

Preston joined Givens Pursley following a clerkship with the Honorable Paul J. Kelly, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. In law school, Preston served as the Executive Articles Editor of the Notre Dame Law Review, research assistant for Professor Alejandro Camacho, and an assistant rector in Carroll Hall. He also represented low-income clients through the Economic Justice Project at the Notre Dame Legal Aid Clinic.

Preston's practice focuses primarily on litigation, environmental law, water rights and natural resources.
