I have approximately eight (8) years of experience in handling a wide variety of civil related matters, including family law, personal injury law, construction negligence, juvenile law, mechanics and materialsmens lines, collections, and Wills / Estates.  I am also listed as a Rule 31 Family Law Mediator with the Tennessee Supreme Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission. 

I have called the State of Tennessee my home for the last eighteen (18) years.  I graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2000 with Honors, and graduated from the Cecil C. Humphrey's School of Law in 2004.  I have resided in all three (3) grand divisions of this State, and currently call Clarksville, Tennessee my home.  I am an active member of the Hilldale Kiwanis Club, serving the Clarksville community as Club President in 2008-2009, and was honored as Kiwanian of the year in 2009-2010.  I also have been a member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Tennessee Bar Association since 2008.  I currently serve as the Chair for the State of Tennessee Wills for Heroes project.  The Wills for Heroes program offers free Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, and Advanced Directives to all first responders and their spouses.

I am not afraid to go the extra "mile" for my clients and will continue to fight for them every step of the way.  While I cannot guarantee an outcome, I always attempt to secure the best resolutin possible.  I also strive to keep all of my clients up to date on their cases, as I understand the importance of receiving a return telephone call.
