Robert Carroll attended the University of Florida where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1963 and then, his Juris Doctorate in 1966.
After graduation, he served three years as a Special Agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Bob returned to Clearwater in 1969 to serve as an Assistant Public Defender for Pinellas County, a Municipal Court Judge in the city of Oldsmar and to join the law firm, Muscarella & Perenich. He continues to serve his clients in the area of personal injury and wrongful death cases for the same firm, now known as Perenich Caulfield Avril Noyes. Bob has represented thousands of people in this area.
Over the course of his career, Bob developed a special interest in head injured victims. This expertise was acquired through active participation in a local head injury support group and attendance at national conferences sponsored by the National Head Injury Foundation and the representation of numerous head-injured victims. Bob is a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney and a sustaining member of the American Association for Justice, the Florida Justice Association, and the Clearwater Bar Association.
