Attorney Thalia L. Downing Carroll received her undergraduate degree from Creighton University and her law degree, cum laude, from Creighton Law School in 1999 where she served on the editorial board of Creighton Law Review. After graduating from Creighton Law School, Thalia clerked for Judge Timothy J. Mahoney of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nebraska. She then entered private practice representing debtors in Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy cases and creditors in Chapter 11 cases. Thalia is licensed in both Nebraska and Iowa and is also experienced in the areas of debtor-creditor litigation, foreclosure defense and real estate transactions.
