Chris Carlberg is an associate in the firm's Business group. Chris' practice focuses on business transactions involving the acquisition, development, distribution and use of technology and intellectual property. Chris also represents clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance matters. In addition, Chris has experience advising clients with respect to electronic payments matters, including mobile commence transactions, mobile banking agreements, and credit card agreements (co-branded, private label and corporate).
